One of the best things about working at Google is receiving challenging problems for which there is still no solution – the kind of challenge that can motivate us and make us feel that we are working with cutting edge technology and even further – creating new and exciting technologies. Obviously, for this we receive a tremendous amount of resources and also get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry – I'm often amazed at how bright they are some of our systems at all levels, from product design to coding and I never stop learning. And what's better – it all happens without the 'corporate fat' – it happens in an informal and fun environment that never makes us feel that we are working for a traditional multi-billion dollar company.
